You agree not to: (a) use the Blog for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (b) impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; (c) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Blog or the servers or networks connected to the Blog; (d) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the Blog; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Blog or any other systems or networks connected to the Blog; (f) transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature; (g) use the Blog to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another individual; (h) engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of the Blog; or (i) violate any applicable laws or regulations.

The Blog and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by travel.media.or.id, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties. The Blog is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. travel.media.or.id makes no warranty that the Blog will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. travel.media.or.id disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, travel.media.or.id shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Blog, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. This limitation of liability applies even if travel.media.or.id has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless travel.media.or.id, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Blog.
Termination. travel.media.or.id may terminate your access to the Blog, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Changes to These Terms. travel.media.or.id reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions of the Terms will be posted on the Blog and the effective date will be revised. Your continued use of the Blog after the effective date of any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
